This Privacy Statement applies to the use of our products and activities related to sales, marketing and execution of customer agreements. It also applies to individuals applying for a job at KS-Agenda AS.

Why do we collect and use personal data?

We collect and use personal data mainly to carry out direct sales, direct marketing and customer service. We also collect information about suppliers, partners and people applying for jobs or working in our company.

Our legal basis for collecting personal data

Collection of personal data based on consent

We collect consent-based personal data using consent forms that store the documentation relating to the consent given by the individual. Individual consents will always be stored and documented in our systems.

Collection of personal data based on contracts

We use personal data to fulfill obligations related to contracts and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.

Collection of personal data based on legitimate interest

We may use personal data if it is considered to be of legitimate interest and if the privacy interests of the data subjects do not exceed this interest. In order to establish the home for the data collection, an assessment is usually made that identifies a mutual interest between KS-Agenda AS and the individual. What type of personal data is collected?

We collect your name, phone number, position and email address in addition to the name and contact information of the company you work for. If you upload photos or videos, post or comment, etc. on our websites, facebook, twitter or linkedin account, the information can be read by anyone who has access to this page and used for purposes that neither KS-Agenda AS nor you have control over. Thus, KS-Agenda AS has no responsibility for information you publish on our surfaces.

If you are applying for a job at KS-Agenda AS, we collect the information you provide during the application process.

KS-Agenda AS does not collect and process special categories of personal data, such as unique identifiers and sensitive personal data.

How long do we keep personal data?

We store collected personal data for as long as we believe it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the collection. At the same time, we assess the need to respond to requests from you or resolve possible issues, comply with statutory requirements under applicable law, and deal with statutory claims/complaints. In addition, we take protection purposes into account.

This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. Third-party product suppliers that we work with:

We work closely with various third-party product providers to provide you with products and services to meet additional CRM-related needs (such as apps available in the App Store). When you enquire about or purchase one or more of these products, the relevant product supplier will use your information to provide you with information and perform the obligations arising from contracts you have entered into with them. In some cases, these product providers will act as data processors of your data, and therefore we advise you to read their privacy policy and sign a data processing agreement. These third-party product providers share your information with us, and we use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Use of subcontractors (data processors and sub-processors)

If we enter into an agreement with a new subcontractor or replace a subcontractor associated with our CRM Online service, customers will be notified in accordance with the terms of service. KS-Agenda AS reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. We encourage you to check the Privacy Policy from time to time to make sure you are happy with any changes.

If we make changes that significantly change our privacy practices, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our websites before the change takes effect.
